Notes from the Middle Ground is the title of a book of essays that I started writing in the shadow of my family's struggle with life-threatening illness in the early 2000's. The book is still under development. Many of the essays took shape in my mind during the decades prior their actual creation as I focused on raising a family and supporting the family through my work at Hewlett-Packard.
